Adult Juniors continued a strong Div 4 League performance with a 4-14 to 4-10 win over Garda / Westmanstown Gaels in a 'home' fixture played at the NGDC in Abbotstown. A tight first half saw the teams level 1-6 to 2-3 at the break, but FoxCab tagged on a further 3-8 in the second half and managed to hold Garda to 2-7 yielding that 4 point victory margin. This was a reversal in fortunes over the season opening Cup match which saw Garda proving the stronger in that encounter.

Scorers for FoxCab on the night were Rebecca Tonge (0-5); Ciara Murphy (2-0); Sinead Flannery (0-3); Caitlin Walsh (0-1); Rachel Mahon (0-3); Isobel Jackson (1-0); Elaine Bolger (0-2); Jen Burke (0-1) and Emma Barry (1-0).

The 2022 Adult Division 4 League has its closing fixtures next Wednesday, 18th May. Erins Isle and FoxCab Juniors continue to share top spot, level on League points, so it will all go down to the results in this last round of fixtures. FoxCab host Fingallians B for a 19:30 throw in at Kilbogget - it would be great to see some home support for this adult team in their 2022 League decider!
